To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact portland@care.enervee.com or via phone +1 888 684 8676. You will have 15 days from the day you receive your appliance to initiate a return and can only process an exchange for the same item.
For products fulfilled by lightbulbs.com (thermostats and light bulbs):
Returns related to warehouse errors or damaged-in-shipment products
You must notify us within 5 business days of the delivery date of the order and the item(s) will be refunded. If you would like a replacement then a new order must be placed online.
Returns related to defective thermostats
Please contact the manufacturer directly to determine whether the product is indeed defective by contacting them below (please note the manufacturer will not provide a replacement but will just diagnose the issue):

- Once the item is received and we have verification from the manufacturer of a defect then we will issue a refund.
- Please note: If you would like a replacement product, you must place a new order.
Returns not related to warehouse errors, defective items, or damaged-in-shipment products
Returns for reasons not specified above will require a review on our part. Therefore, you must contact us by phone at +1 888 684 8676 or via email at portland@care.enervee.com
- Remorse Returns: We are unable to accept open-box returns. Prior to the opening of your order, please make sure that everything is compatible.
- Unopened-Box Returns: The customer must request this return within 30 days of delivery. We will then process the refund.
